What is the Hydrafacial?
The Hydrafacial is a hand-held device that cleanses, exfoliates, and extracts while removing any impurities on the skin. Part of the treatment replenishes important nutrients in the skin so that you get a healthy, vibrant glow. This device is an all-in-one machine which helps to make this treatment quick and effective. How is a Hydrafacial Done?
At your Hydrafacial session, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed before the treatment begins. During the treatment, Michelle will run the Hydrafacial device over your skin. This device has a suctioning power that helps to remove the impurities on the skin. While the device is being run over the skin, it cleanses, peels, and extracts dirt, grime, and dead skin cells. While this is happening, it also is nourishing the skin with hydrating serums that help to keep the skin firm, vibrant, and soft. In total, this session only takes about thirty minutes and you will notice improvement immediately. There is no downtime associated, patients are free to go about the rest of their day. In fact, this treatment is so gentle and beneficial that many people get it regularly.
There are different types of Hydrafacial Treatments that Michelle offers, the signature, deluxe, and platinum. Along with those, she also offers the Hydrafacial lip and eye perks.
Signature Hydrafacial
This is a 30-minute treatment and is the most basic of the options. It includes a light glycolic peel, extractions, a peptide serum, and the use of LED lights. The Red LED promotes circulation and is anti-inflammatory. The Blue LED lights help to kill acne-causing bacteria.
Deluxe Hydrafacial
The deluxe facial takes around 45 minutes. It includes everything in the signature but also uses a booster. The booster will be chosen based on your skin type and needs. Booster options include growth factors, Derm-a-builder, BrightAlive from ZO, Rozatrol, and a HydraFacial brand of brightening booster.
Platinum Hydrafacial
This facial treatment takes around 60 minutes. It includes everything in the deluxe facial with an added lymphatic drainage. This helps to reduce puffiness and reduce fluids from the body.
